Tokyu Trains at Tokyu Yukigaya Depot in 2018 December
The three trains in this photo have something interesting.
Train No.1017, the deep blue train with a wide yellow line, is a specially wrapped train “Ki ni Naru Densha.” Train No.1524, the train with a green line, is recently refurbished from No.1024 train. Train No.1013, the train with a red line, has a door at the center of the front. Normally the first car of a Tokyu 1000 series has a door in the right half. The train was manufactured as an eight-car train that can be divided to two four-car trains. Car No.1013 was at the dividable part. The door was placed at the center so that passengers go through it in eight-car mode.
