Pedestrian Deck across Route 246 and Shutoko No.3 in Shibuya in 2018 August

New pedestrian deck was built in the space for the old Shibuya station of Tokyu Toyoko Line. The shape of the ornament on the fence was taken from the old station which is shown in “Construction Vehicle Parking Area and Buses in Front of Shibuya Station.”
