Odakyu 3000 Series Train Stopping at Odakyu Higashi-kitazawa Station
After I took the photo shown in “Odakyu 3000 Series Train Stopping at Odakyu Setagaya-daita Station,” I got on the train and came to Higashi-kitazawa.
Odakyu constructed the track for express service of the quadruple track first, then, added the track for local service. This photo was taken before the local track became active. So, the station had temporary platform on the express service track (since express trains do not stop the station, platform for express track was not necessary when quadruple track completed). The track for local service was almost ready, and it was guarded by fence so that passengers would not fall into it.
