Two Planes in Same Direction

I had taken some two-planes-in-one-frame photos, but I do not remember to see two planes are almost overlapping.

 

JAL plane is an A300. The registration code is hard to read. The farther plane looks like an A330 of Asiana Airlines, but I am not sure.
