Objects on New Bridge at Shimo-kitazawa Station at Midnight in 2018 February

Under the new bridge, a transporting vehicle was ready to carry it. When the vehicle moved, it was critical to keep the bridge level even to prevent disaster. My understanding is that the objects on the bridge were sensors to detect the horizontality.
