Usually, Toyoko Line trains have red seats, but this train’s seats are blue, which is the color used for seats in Den’en-toshi Line trains. When the train was manufactured, it was going to be assigned to Den’en-toshi Line, but it went to Toyoko Line due to policy change of Tokyu Corporation.
