Bridge Replacement Work Continues at Shimo-kitazawa Station at Midnight in 2018 February
The concrete object at the upper left corner of this photo is the new bridge. It would be moved to the space where the old bridge existed.
I am not sure what kind of work was being done under the white hook. Anyway, it was almost 3AM. The work to move new bridge would start soon.
