Old Steam Locomotive Displayed under Tobu Railroad Track

If you walk about 100m along the elevated railroad, you will arrive at Tobu Museum of Transport & Culture. This steam locomotive is an exhibit of the museum. Tobu Railway’s web page says that it is one of the steam locomotives used when the company started the service in 1899.
