Tokyo Port Seaside Bridge Construction Work on May 16th: View from Below

There is a jetty near the bridge under construction. The construction watchers were told not to enter there during the work performed in September 2009. Now, the most spectacular part of the construction is finished, and there are much less watchers. So nobody was standing at the gate.
