Track for Shinagawa Removed

This is the railroad crossing shown in “Crossing under Double-decked Railroad of Keikyu Line.” Since the track for Shinagawa has moved to the elevated railroad, the old track is being removed. If you enlarge the picture you will find a bar is blocking the left track, and some rails have already been removed.
