Piece of Old Bridge Being Moved in Shimo-kitazawa at Midnight in 2018 February

When I went to see the track switching work of Toyoko Line at Daikan-yama Station, quite many people were watching it.

 

There were a few people watching this work, but not many. I could see the piece of the old bridge closely.
