Path under Kan’eiji-Rikkyo

This spot exists under the bridge on which I took "JR Trains at the North of Uguisu-dani Station". The bridge is called Kan’eiji-rikkyo.

 

Since the space under the bridge is used for a bike storage room, it looks like a large building.
