Todoroki Illumination

This Christmas-tree-like cone was located by a railroad crossing near Todoroki Station.

 

A sign by it tells the name: “Todoroki Illumination.” Unfortunately, I saw it under daylight. So I do not know how it shines.

 

It has a propeller on its top. Perhaps it is illuminated with wind power.
