Shutoko C2 Shinagawa Route Construction Site near Ten’nozu Isle
Yamate Tunnel was extended on March 28th. But construction of Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) C2 Central Circular is not completed yet. The expressway will be extended again. The construction is going to be finished in fiscal year 2013 (Japanese fiscal year starts in April and ends in March).
This picture shows the construction site of the last part of the C2. Since it was taken on a Tokyo Monorail train, reflection on the glass can be seen in the sky.
I think this spot is going to be the exit of the tunnel.
