Tokyu Setagaya Line 300 Series Streetcar in Akatsutsumi 10

The lower large part of the window of 300 series is fixed. The small top part is openable, but it is so small that no one go through it. The window near the tail has different shape and openable. It looks like the window is designed as the emergency escape route.
