Since the old track has been removed, the other side of the cranes is now visible. If you enlarge the picture, you will find some new tracks are waiting there. This pair of crane is hoisting up one of them now. It is going to perform the reverse move of the operation shown in "Pair of Cranes Moving Old Track of Tokyo Monorail 1".
