View in Shibaura-chuo Park in 2018 February

Shibaura-chuo Park is built over Shibaura Water Reclamation Center. I think those pipes on the ground are part of the center’s facilities.

 

Shinagawa Station exists beyond the building at the left edge of this photo. The cranes in the left half of this photo were in the construction site of the new station at the north of Shinagawa.
