Anglers under Yokohama Bay Bridge

I took this picture on Yokohama Bay Bridge. Some people are enjoying fishing on a small breakwater with a red lighthouse under the bridge. When I saw them, I wondered how they would return since there was no boat around the breakwater. According to the web, a boat comes here once an hour.
