Stairs on Steep Slope of Atago-yama

Atago-yama is a small but the highest mountain in Tokyo city center. The height is 25.7m.

 

There are some ways to go to the top. You can go there with a road, or you can use "Atago-yama Elevator". This picture shows another way: stairs on the steep slope at the west side of the mountain.
