Corner at the Southwest of Tokyo Disney Resort

I do not know a corner with yellow stripes and enhanced lane line in any other place. The palm trees and the well-trimmed shrubbery under them are maintained by Tokyo Disney Resort. But do they want this zebra? Perhaps police department wanted to paint the road in usual red and Tokyo Disney Resort did not like it, then they compromised.
