Ramp of Yokohama Ring Expressway Northwestern Route Being Constructed at Yokohama-aoba Interchange

The elevated road with noise shield is the main part of Tomei Expressway. The road at the left edge of this photo is the entrance road to westbound lane of the expressway. The road under construction is going to be part of junction between Tomei and Yokohama Ring Expressway Northwestern Route.
