Katsushika Harp Bridge
You can see the view under the bridge in "Katsushika Harp Bridge Bottom View".
It seems that I have to go to the other side of the Arakawa River to see the "harp" of the bridge.
The elevated road has blue net on it. Re-painting work is under way.
