Odakyu 8000 Series Train at Railroad Crossing under Ring Road No.6 Overpass
The sky is visible through the narrow space in the overpass above. Yamate-dori was reconstructed when Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) Central Circular was constructed under it. The overpass was also renewed in the work, and it seems the work had at least two phases (or, a new bridge might be added in the work).
Some photos in my photo stream show the construction of the overpass. For example, “Pedestrian Bridge at Tomigaya Intersection and Yamate-dori Overpass across Odakyu Line.” Half of the road was closed for the construction in the photo.
