Shutoko No.3 over Route 246

From a pedestrian bridge over Seta intersection, you can see cars running on the elevated road of shutoko No.3. Though there are a lot of buildings from which you can look down the road, they are not opened to the public. This spot may be a rare exception.

 

I wanted to take a picture of the expressway and route 246 in one frame, but street trees and road signs are blocking the view.
