Red and Yellow Stripes at Matsumi-zaka Intersection

We often see red stripes on the road, where cars have to decelerate on a descending slope. Things are different in Matsumi-zaka intersection. Whole intersection exists on a slope. There is not so dangerous part for cars, but bicycles have to stop here on a descending slope. So, red and yellow stripes are painted on the sidewalk.
