Tokyu Toyoko Line near the Tama River

Since Tokyu Toyoko line and Meguro line go on an elevated railroad here, taking pictures of the train is not easy. I found a pedestrian bridge as high as the track. The track is almost hidden behind construction cars, but I think it is not bad.
