Railroad Crossing of Inokashira Line near Inokashira-koen Station

I took this photo at the southeast of Inokashira Park. Inokashira Line’s track is located along the Kanda River. Since the river is on this side of the track, the ground on this side is 1.5 meter lower than the other side. People need to go up one of those slopes to go across the railroad crossing.
