Another Odakyu 3000 Series Train at Railroad Crossing under Ring Road No.6 Overpass 2

Cables along the railroad are suspended on the bottom of overpass and go up to the top of the pole at the upper left corner of this photo. It does not look like permanent layout. When the extension work of Yoyogi-hachiman Station completed, what will happen to those cables? I do not know.
