Plant in Haneda Airport
This plant existed near the new international terminal construction site.
The sign tells it is owned by Taisei Rotec. It is one of the companies that won the contract to pave D-runway and the apron around the new international terminal. So, probably the plant is built for the work. But I do not have any information to confirm it.
