The wall had artificial cherry blossoms in September. It is shown in "Illuminated Imitation Flower on Wall of Ohashi Junction Construction Site".
At the end of December, the wall had a star. Probably they changed it for year-end holiday. It should be illuminated in the night like the artificial cherry blossoms.
