Long Worm on Meiji-dori in Oji

Shutoko (metropolitan expressway) C2 goes underground to go across the JR Oji station. Here the elevated way is descending toward the underpass. Probably to reduce the noise, the road is covered with a roof. It looks like a long worm.

 

The white chimney should be Toshima Incineration Plant.
