Keihin-tohoku Line E233 Series Train at Araijuku Crossing
The box beside the track has many letters on it. The big letters near its top say “Shuku FC.” “FC” means “Field Controller.” It seems to be JR term for small control terminal for devices near this spot. “Shuku” means “inn” in Japanese. Maybe it means the final part of the name of the railroad crossing “Arai-juku,” but I am not sure.
