Odakyu Romancecar VSE at Railroad Crossing under Ring Road No.6 Overpass: 2

VSE has four lamps at its head. Only two of them were on at this time. In the photo shown in “Odakyu 4000 Series Train and Romancecar VSE at the Northeastern End of Yoyogi-hachiman Station,” all four lights were on. I do not know what is the reason of the difference.
