Line of Future Bridge

This picture shows the construction work of the first bridge beam.

 

Guess the mirror image of the bridge beam on the near-side bridge supports. The line of the future bridge can be seen well from thing angle.

 

If I could have entered this area on the second-bridge-beam-construction-day, I could have a nice picture. Unfortunately, this area was roped-off then.

 

I wonder what the flags in the sea mean. Are they telling something exists there?
