JT Headquarters Office Building
JT is "Japan Tobacco Inc. ". The 35-story building was built in 1995.
The building had an accident when a typhoon hit Japan on October 8th. Some panels fell off the wall. I went there on October 18th. The building was surrounded by a rope and the guards were watching nobody goes near the building.
