Area Ruled by "PET Bottle Girls"

The pinwheels shown in '"Pet Bottle Girls" in Fuda' are only part of the "PET Bottle Girls". There are many PET bottle girls in this area.

 

I saw a sign saying they are necessary to drive away crows. It may be true, but I think the primary reason is that the creator likes them.
