Odakyu 2000 Series Train Leaving Yoyogi-hachiman Station 8

I do not see any obstacle detector in this photo. Maybe Odakyu Corporation thought that this crossing did not have enough traffic to install the device.　Or, I just failed to find it, perhaps?
