Bridge for JR Saikyo Line Shibuya Station
At the left lower corner of this photo, tiles make dot pattern of old “Space Invader.” According to Google Street View, someone made it between 2013 June and 2016 January.
At first, I thought this bridge above the road was remainder of the old Shibuya Station of Tokyu Toyoko Line. It appeared I was wrong. Saikyo Line track will be moved to here. Currently, Shibuya Station of Saikyo Line is located at the south of this spot because there was not enough space here. If you want to change trains from Yamanote Line to Saikyo Line, you have to walk a few hundred meters. Since Toyoko LIne moved to underground, now JR has space for Saikyo Line platform beside Yamanote Line platform.
