T-shaped Intersection under Monorail Track in Haneda airport

The road to the left is a shortcut to the center of the airport, but there is no sidewalk there. Pedestrians must go along the monorail track.

 

This spot exists at the west of the new international passenger terminal. If you look at the center of the picture closely, you will find the construction site.
