The Shibuya River and a Tree beside It

A tree beside the Shibuya River had white flowers.

 

Interesting thing about the Shibuya River is that it always flows in S-shape. Technically, it should have been possible to make the river straight when they concreted the bottom of the river. Maybe it was politically impossible: the owners of the land did not agree. Land price of this area is very high.
