Sun Clock in Shioiri Park

This thing is a sun clock. The heart shaped plate has holes. Each hole has a shape of a number up to 12. When the sunlight reaches the body through the hole shaped "1", it is 1 o'clock.

 

Funny thing is that there is a mechanical clock on the body. So you can know the time without the sun.
