Red Buoy beside D-runway of Haneda Airport

The letters on the buoy say “the Tama River.” This spot is at the mouth of the river.

 

A red buoy means right side of ship route. Information on the web says that the mouth of the Tama River has wide shallow regions and is difficult to navigate.
