Pedestrian Bridge between Fuchu-honmachi and Tokyo Race Course

There is a long pedestrian bridge between JR Fuch-honmachi station and Tokyo Race Course.

When they have a horse race event, there should be a lot of people here. But only a few people is walking here now.
