JAL B767 Taking Off at Haneda Airport 2
Seashore protected by tetrapods is visible though the support at the left edge of this photo. I think it is edge of northeastern half of D-runway. The southwestern end of the runway was built like a bridge so that it would not block the current of the Tama River. Since there was no such restriction for the northeastern half, the part was built on reclaimed land.
