Toei 10-000 Series near Chitose-Karasuyama Station 2

Information on web says that this train, 10-260, was retired and dismantled in 2017 June. 10-000 series was designed in 1970’s, but this train was manufactured in 1992. Retiring after working for twenty five years is a little early for a train.
