JR Nanbu Line E233 Series at Shukugawara Railroad Crossing No.1: 2

Railroad crossings often have object detectors on the ground level. But this railroad crossing does not have them. Instead, there is a camera near the upper right corner of this photo. I think that it is just recording, and does not raise warning if something is left in the crossing.
