Tokyu Setagaya Line 300 Series Streetcar

I see a camera at the top of the pole on the other side of the railroad crossing. My understanding is that it is not expected to detect obstacles. Setagaya Line streetcars do not run so fast. Its purpose is to record cars that ignored the warning.
