Arch on the Other End of the Pavement

I walked into the pavement shown in "Arch on a Pavement over Tachiai-gawa River" and found this arch on the other end.

 

The arches should make a pair. But they do not have the same shape. The one on this side is a half-circle-shaped with a decoration.

 

This arch exists in front of Ebara-machi station of Tokyu Oimachi line.
