Tobu 10000 Series Running toward Naka-itabashi Station 4

It is interesting that the ballast between the tracks is grey while the ballast under the track is brown. My understanding is that ballast becomes brown due to iron powder from the rail and the wheel. The grey part may be too far from the rail, or it may be new.
