Power Cables between JR Tracks and Electrical Substation at the South of Kawasaki Station
JR has an electrical substation at the south of Kawasaki Station. This photo was taken on the road between the substation and JR tracks.
The blue labels say “Keihin.” So it seems the cables provide power to Keihin-tohoku Line. The orange labels say “passenger.” Since there are Keihin-tohoku Line and Tokaido Line here, it seems that the cables are for Tokaido Line. “Passenger” may mean it is different from Tokaido Freight Line, perhaps? The white panels say “return line” of “passenger” and “Keihin.”
